Ten minutes of teaching.
I will name one specific thing about the work we do here. Often pulled from a recent letter or a moment with a private client.
Thirty minutes of practice.
A guided contemplative practice tailored to the season. Sometimes still, sometimes embodied. Always doable from where you are.
Twenty minutes of witnessed sharing.
A small number of women, if they choose, share what came up. You do not have to. Most of you will keep your camera on and stay quiet. That is also the practice.

·Women who are not ready to apply, pay, or schedule a private call, but are ready to spend one hour in a quiet room with other women who are doing the same work.
·Women who have taken The Unmasking and are still figuring out what their next door is.
·Women who have worked with me before, and who want a regular hour with the practice without the structure of a paid container.
·Women who do not know yet whether this work is for them, and who want to know within sixty minutes.

·One practice you can take home.
·A community of women in the same passage.
·A felt sense of whether this work is for you.
·A standing invitation to come back next month.

The first Wednesday of every month at 5:00 PT / 3:00 HST. On Zoom. One hour. Recording sent to members of The Letters within twenty-four hours. Non-members must attend live.

Do I have to share, talk, or turn on my camera?

No. Most women stay on mute with their camera on, some with their camera off. The hour holds whatever shape you need it to.

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No. I do not sell anything during the Open Hour. If you want to work with me further, you will see the page for it on your own.

What if I cannot make it live?

Members of The Letters get the recording within twenty-four hours. If you want the recording and are not yet a member, the easiest move is to come live next month.
