Sessions 1 to 3
The Mirror
Diagnosis. We name which voices are eating at you, and we get to the root of what is really being asked of you.
Sessions 4 to 5
The Threshold
Dissolution. We dismantle the habits and thoughts that are not true, and practice new ones that are. This is the operative work, the practice that changes the wearer.
Weeks 6 to 10
The Claiming
We have the hard conversations, build new daily habits and rituals, and constantly remember who we are so we do not forget.

I take a small number of women each season so every one of them gets all of me. Applications sent between intakes roll into the next one.

You tell me where you are, what you are carrying and why now, and I read it before we ever speak. That way our 30 minutes start with clarity instead of intake.

The Clarity Call
$25 · Thirty minutes · On Zoom
A private thirty minute call with me. The fee is small on purpose. It signals seriousness on both sides and filters out the people who only want to be talked to. I reflect back what I have heard, name the pattern, and offer one observation you cannot dismiss.

What women ask before they apply.
How are the ten sessions paced?
Roughly one a week across ten weeks, one to one with me on Zoom. If life interrupts, we flex. The season is the container, not a stopwatch.
What happens after I apply?
I read your application myself and write back within 48 hours. Then we have the first conversation, which is free once you have applied. If it is a fit on both sides, you take a chair in the intake. If it is not, I will tell you what I would do instead.
What does it cost, and how do I pay?
The program is $2,200 for all ten sessions. You can pay in full before the first session or in two payments, one before the first session and one before the sixth. Details come with your acceptance.
Can I talk to you before I apply?
Yes. A 30-minute Clarity Call is $25. You leave with one named diagnosis and one observation you cannot dismiss. If you enroll, the call is free, and the $25 applies to the total cost.
What comes after the ten sessions?
Many women pair the sessions with a retreat, before or after. Everyone who completes the ten keeps alumna access: one session with me each year, no charge.
