A small group of women walking the work together over five weeks. Two private sessions with me anchor the work. Five group sessions hold the passage.
The Circle is not a course. It is a held container. You are in the room with other women doing the work in real time, plus two private hours with me. The combination of witnessed group practice and private depth is what makes a group hold.

How big is the group?
Small by design. A Circle stays intimate so every woman is seen and every voice has room. You will not be a face in a feed.
What is the time commitment?
Five weeks. One group session per week, plus two private sessions with me scheduled directly, one near the start and one near the end.
Are the 1:1 sessions included?
Yes. Two private 1:1 sessions with me are built into the Circle, alongside the five group sessions.
What if I miss a session?
Recordings of all five group sessions are yours to keep, so you never lose the thread.
