The days.
The days build on each other. Come for all of it, or wait for a week you can.
Day 1
Arrival
You land, drive the coast, and arrive before sunset. Dinner together, a short opening circle on the lanai, and an early night.
Days 2 and 3
The Mirror
Morning practice at the black sand before the heat comes. Then the circle, then private time with me. We find the real question under the one you brought.
Days 4 and 5
The Threshold
We take apart the habits and stories that are not true. A day at the lava fields, where new ground is still being made, and then the honest practice that goes with it.
Day 6
The Claiming
You write the life you are going back to and say the hard sentences out loud in the circle. We build your daily ritual together.
Day 7
Departure
Closing circle at dawn. You leave with your ritual, your writing, and a date for our follow-up call.
Who this is for.
- Women who already know something has to change and are done pretending otherwise.
- Women who do their truest thinking near water and want the island to hold the week.
- Women willing to be seen by a small circle: ten seats.
- Women who have worked with me one to one and want to live the work in a clean container.
Who it is not for.
- Women who want a vacation with a workshop attached. The island is beautiful and the work is still the work.
- Anyone in acute crisis. This is not a treatment program, and I will tell you so when we talk.
- Women who need to be reachable all week. The house has signal. You will not use it.
What the fee covers.
Included in the $3,600
- Seven days of the work, in the circle and alone with me.
- Three private sessions with me during the week.
- Morning practice by the water and evening practice as the light goes.
- A daily ritual designed with you on the last day, built for the life you are going back to.
- The art and writing you make here, with guidance.
- Lifetime alumna standing: one session with me each year, no charge.
Not included
- Lodging and meals, booked with the house at the published range.
- Flights to Kona or Hilo, and the rental car most women want for the week.
- Anything you buy in town.
Lodging
Lodging is separate and booked with the venue. Expect $1,800 to $3,200 for the 6 nights. Shared and private rooms at the retreat house, meals included. Final rates come from the venue quote.
The questions women ask me first.
What does the program fee cover?
The seven days of work, three private sessions with me during the week, every circle and practice, the materials, your daily ritual, and one session a year with me afterward for life. It does not cover lodging, meals or travel.
How does lodging work?
Lodging is booked with the retreat house, not with me. I publish a range so you can plan. The final rates come from the venue quote and depend on whether you choose a shared or private room. Meals are included in the lodging rate.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. $900 holds your seat. The balance is due 60 days before we begin. If I have to cancel, you get every dollar back.
Do I need a car?
Most women rent one. The house is quiet and far from town, which is the point. We will share rides to the lava fields and the coast, so you can also arrive without one if you plan ahead with me.
Can I work with you one to one before or after?
Yes, and many women do. The retreat is the deepest week. One to one is how the week keeps going once you are home. Ask me when we talk.
